Over 200 Kasturba school students transported in DCM van to Praja Palana event in Mahabubabad

MAHABUBABAD: Kasturba school teachers in Mahabubabad district faced criticism after they allegedly crammed nearly 200 students into a DCM vehicle to transport them to the Praja Palana celebrations at the Collectorate office.

The incident came to light when media personnel noticed the vehicle, which appeared to be dangerously overcrowded, resembling the transport of livestock rather than students. The teachers were reportedly forcing the students into the vehicle for the event, causing significant discomfort for the children.

Following media attention, the students were promptly removed from the DCM vehicle, and the teachers arranged for them to return to their respective schools. The incident has sparked criticism of the teachers' actions and the improper treatment of students.
