RTC driver caught using phone while driving in heavy rain

ONGOLE: A shocking incident from Prakasam district has come to light, where an RTC driver from Podili depot, MD Mastan, was caught driving a bus while using his mobile phone during heavy rain.

The incident, which occurred on August 31, involved the driver dangerously handling the bus between Podili and Ongole while looking at his phone and talking on a call.

Despite passengers urging him to stop using the phone and focus on driving, the driver continued to ignore their pleas. This caused panic among the passengers, who feared for their safety due to the driver’s negligence.
