Seven members of a family injured in explosion in Bahadurpura

HYDERABAD: Seven members of a family were injured in a powerful explosion in Bahadurpura's Kishan Bagh area on Wednesday night.

The blast caused significant damage to the house's roof and walls. Among the injured were women and children, who were immediately rushed by locals to Osmania General Hospital for treatment.

The explosion occurred in the house of a man named Wasim. Initially, it was suspected to be a gas cylinder explosion, but police investigations later pointed to the likely cause being firecracker manufacturing inside the house. Further investigations are ongoing.
