Suspecting affair, man kills wife in Afzalgunj

HYDERABAD: Afzalgunj police arrested a man for allegedly murdering his wife on Sunday.

According to the complaint lodged by Manikantha Lodge's owner, the man, Ramakrishna, brutally murdered his wife Aruna (21) at Manikantha lodge in Gauliguda.

Reportedly, he learnt that his wife was having an illicit relationship with her younger brother-in-law and that they were at the lodge. He immediately went there to find them in a compromising position. An enraged Ramakrishna slit her throat and fled the place.

The police have registered a case and took Ramakrishna into custody to carry out further investigation.
