TDP leaders clash during Anna Canteen inauguration in Rajampet

RAJAMPET: Tension erupted during the inauguration of an Anna Canteen in Rajampet as two TDP leaders engaged in a clash over the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The altercation occurred between Sugavasi Balasubrahmanyam and Chamarthi Jaganmohan Raju, both claiming to be in charge of the local TDP unit.

The conflict intensified when a student union leader, allegedly under the influence of alcohol, threw stones at Jaganmohan Raju's residence. Sugavasi's followers distanced themselves from the incident, stating that they had no connection to the individual involved in the attack.

The situation was brought under control after local authorities intervened. No serious injuries were reported.
