Two dead, one critical after drowning in lake in Quthbullapur

HYDERABAD: Two young boys have lost their lives and another is in critical condition after they drowned in a water body while swimming at Midhula Nagar in Jagadgirigutta police station limits in Quthbullapur.
The three youngsters, identified as Ayan (16), Navaz (16), and Hyder (15), residents of Yellammabanda NTR Nagar, went swimming when they accidentally fell into a quary. The local police were alerted who immediately rushed to the scene. They were able to rescue Hyder, who was then rushed to Prasad Hospital in Pragathinagar for treatment.
Unfortunately, the bodies of Ayan and Navaz were found at the site of the incident. Police shared that the tragic accident occurred due to a mishap while the boys were swimming. Jagadgirigutta police registered a case and are currently investigating.
