HYDERABAD: Two passengers collapsed upon entering Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad, and later died after being hospitalised.

The passengers, Nitin Shah and Sheikh Sakeena fell unconscious immediately after entering the airport premises. Security personnel at the airport responded swiftly and transported the two to Apollo Hospital, where they succumbed to their conditions during treatment.

Nitin Shah was a resident of Goa, while Sheikh Sakeena hailed from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The exact cause of their deaths is yet to be determined. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation. The families of the deceased have been informed, and further details are awaited.
