Two persons arrested for threatening a hotelier at gunpoint

HYDERABAD: Sleuths of Commissioner's Task Force, Hyderabad apprehended two accused who threatened a hotel owner with an air pistol and a knife on Saturday. The police had seized the weapons and a two-wheeler used by the accused.

According to complaint, the two accused had visited his hotel on December 18, 2022, around 6:55 pm and billed an amount of Rs 30, but gave an amount of Rs 2,000. The complainant said that he does not have change but in a fit of rage, the accused threatened the complainant with an air pistol and a knife.

Based on the complaint a team led by Sub-Inspector Naveen Kumar apprehended the accused. The accused along with seized material were handed over to Station House Officer (SHO) for further action.
