Woman murdered, private parts chopped off to drain out blood in Vizag

VISAKHAPATNAM: The Visakhapatnam police have unearthed sensational facts in a recent murder of a married woman in the port city.

According to the police, the accused, identified as Pradeep who hails from Kerala, lived with her family in Vizag. Some time back, as his wife and children were off to her parent's house in their home state, Pradeep called to his house a married woman with whom he had acquaintance in the past.

However, Pradeep, who had a good time with her, reportedly killed the woman under the influence of alcohol following a heated argument on financial matters.

Realising his mistake, Pradeep tried to shift the body from the house and as the dead body was heavy, he chopped the private parts of the woman and ensured that the blood drained out. Later, he dumped the dead body in a desolate place.

The cold-blooded murder however came to light after Bheemili police found the dead body of the woman under suspicious circumstances in Visakhapatnam on June 11. They suspected it to be a rape and murder. However, during the investigation, they found out that the accused was none other than the old acquaintance of the victim and that she was brutally murdered over an altercation between the two over some financial disputes.
