YS Viveka murder case: Telangana High Court grants bail to Sivasankara Reddy

HYDERABAD: Telangana High Court on Monday granted a conditional bail to Devireddy Sivasankara Reddy, one of the accused in YS Vivekananda Reddy murder case.

Sivasankara Reddy is currently in Chanchalguda Central Prison as an undertrial.

The court directed him to submit two sureties each for Rs 2 lakh. The court asked him not to leave Hyderabad and surrender his passport. The court directed him to attend before the Central Crime Station in Hyderabad every Monday. He was arrested in the case in November 2021.

He had moved bail applications in multiple courts many times and finally the Telangana High Court granted the conditional bail.
