Bharti Institute of Public Policy launches two online courses in collaboration with CBC

HYDERABAD: The Bharti Institute of Public Policy (BIPP) at the Indian School of Business (ISB), in collaboration with the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), launched two online courses on the iGOT platform under the Mission Karmayogi initiative on Friday as part of its latest collaboration with the Government of India.
The courses were launched by Hemang Jani, Secretary, Capacity Building Commission, Department of Personnel and Training, GoI, and Himansu Pandey, Programme Manager, CBC, in the presence of Professor Ashwini Chhatre, Executive Director, Bharti Institute of Public Policy, ISB.
Professor Ashwini Chhatre authored the two online courses, Evidence in Public Policy and Insights from Data for Policy, which were aimed at increasing senior government employees' skills in public policy.
Speaking at the launch, Hemang Jani, Secretary, Capacity Building Commission, Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India, said, “We are pleased to launch these two courses on public policy in collaboration with the Bharti Institute of Public Policy as the understanding of Data and Evidence is essential for policymakers. I am sure these courses will be beneficial for all policy practitioners.”
Professor Ashwini Chhatre, Executive Director, Bharti Institute of Public Policy, ISB said, “These courses intend to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of public policies with the goal of improving its outcomes for citizens.”
