Big Stars of Malayalam shows interest in Tollywood!

For years, Mohanlal and Mammootty are ruling the Malayalam cinema as top heroes. Even now, both of them enjoy immense stardom in Kerala. However, there are young generation heroes who are now aiming for similar stardom in the industry.

They are Prithviraj Sukumaran, Fahadh Faasil and Dulquer Salmaan. These actors are not only focusing on Malayalam cinema but also trying to expand their market by doing other languages. All thanks to OTT platforms, many of these actors' older Malayalam films are also watched by audiences of different regions.

Of late, Prithviraj has been coming up with interesting films. His Ayyappanum Koshiyum was remade in Telugu as Bheemla Nayak and will be soon remade in Hindi as well. His directorial venture Lucifer is being remade in Telugu as Godfather. His latest film Jana Gana Mana has become a sensational hit once it was premiered on Netflix. Now, Prithviraj also confirmed that he will be acting alongside Prabhas in Salaar as well.

Fahadh Faasil is another star who is expanding his market to other regions. He is considered one of the most talented actors of this generation. His recent pan-India films Pushpa and Vikram became massive successes. He will be seen in Pushpa 2 as well.

Coming to Dulquer, he shot to fame in Tamil Nadu and the Telugu states with films like Ok Kanmani, Mahanati and Kanulu Kanulanu Dochayante. He is now acting in Sita Ramam, which will also be released in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam.

All three heroes are trying to do multi-lingual projects along with Malayalam films. So, we have to see who will get that numero uno position in Mollywood in the coming days.
