Good Samaritan policeman of Kushaiguda rescues abandoned child

KUSHAIGUDA: A heart-wrenching incident of parents leaving their new-born baby at an apartment complex near Kamalanagar under Kushaiguda Police Station limits in Hyderabad was reported on Sunday.

However, the abandoned baby was rescued by Kushaiguda Sub-Inspector Sai Kumar who received information from the apartment complex. He plunged into action within minutes and shifted the baby to the hospital through 108 vehicle.

After the preliminary treatment at a local private hospital, the baby was shifted to Niloufer Hospital for better treatment. Sub Inspector Sai Kumar received accolades from the public for his efforts.
