HYDERABAD: International passengers to be screened at Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) in light of the BF.7 Omicron subvariant that has caused havoc in China.

In light of the growing number of Corona cases around the world, it was decided by the concerned authorities to conduct thermal screening at Shamshabad Airport for international passengers, informed the airport authorities.
Meanwhile, six positive cases were reported in Telangana on Wednesday, bringing the state's total number of corona active cases to 34. Telangana health department officials had sent the positive samples for genome sequencing, as advised by the Union Health Ministry.
