HYDERABAD: Union Minister Kishan Reddy's wife Kavya Reddy celebrated Rakhi, showering gratitude to public servants who have been on duty since morning, away from their families. Kavya Reddy tied Rakhi to a traffic constable on duty at Barkat Pura Square in Hyderabad. The constable was emotional considering the sweet gesture by the Minister's wife.
