RTC bus catches fire in Jubilee bus station

HYDERABAD: Commuters were left baffled after fire broke out in an RTC bus belonging to Jangam depot on the eleventh platform of Jubilee bus station at 11:00 AM on Saturday.

Reportedly, the bus driver and conductor were not present inside the bus when there was a short circuit, leading to the fire.

A fire extinguisher (TS27 T 0 140) arrived at the spot and put out the fire.

No injury or death was reported since there were no passengers inside the bus.
