Vigyan Bharati girl students protest over morphing scandal in Ghatkesar

HYDERABAD: Tensions erupted at Ghatkesar's Vigyan Bharati Engineering College after girls students staged a protest on Thursday over a picture morphing scandal.

According to reports, the boys morphed retrieved photos of some girls from their social media platforms and morphed them before widely sharing them on various social media platforms.

The victims staged protests on the campus, demanding justice and harsh punishment for the perpetrators. To avoid any untoward incidents, heavy police were deployed in large numbers on the campus.

The agitated victims filed a police complaint, based on which an investigation was underway. The girl students and their parents have demanded harsh punishment for those responsible for this heinous act.
