After the super success of Pokiri's special shows on Superstar Mahesh Babu's birthday, fans of other actors are also planning to hold special shows of other films in the coming days.
Megastar Chiranjeevi fans planned to hold the special screenings of Indra's 4k version on August 22nd, on the occasion of Chiru's birthday. They requested the film's production house, Vyjayanthi Movies to remaster the film to 4K and make it available for theatrical screening.
Responding to their requests, Vyjayanthi Movies tweeted, "Dear Megastar Fans. Not only u... we are also... We will be releasing 4K Print of #Indra, but not right now, it takes some time but the release will be in a BIG & GRAND Manner."
Thus, it is now confirmed that there will not be any special shows for Indra on Chiru's birthday and fans are disappointed by this fact. Meanwhile, it is already announced that special screenings of Chiru's 1992 film Gharana Mogudu will be held on August 22, to celebrate the actor's birthday.
However, there is a reason behind it. If the reports are true, the production house is planning to re-release the film grandly on the occasion of Vyjayanthi Movies successfully completing 50 years in the industry. Along with Indra, a few other iconic classics produced by them will be re-released. More details on the same will be out soon.
