Enrol as voter: April 15 last date to apply to vote in 2024 general elections

HYDERABAD: As the general elections are fast approaching, the deadline for voter registrations would end today (Monday, April 15) and the new voters have the last opportunity to register as voters and secure their right to vote in the upcoming polls. The Election Commission of India has urged all the eligible people to enrol as voters to exercise their franchise and democratic right.

As per the norms, those who were born before March 31, 2006 are eligible to apply for voting rights. Additionally, those who have already turned 18 but have not yet registered as voters can also submit their applications today.

The applications can be submitted online on the official website.

Youth are advised to register as voters and participate in the democratic process of electing the governments.
