Advocate complains against Mynampally for buying cars, Arabian horses, private jets illegally

HYDERABAD: A senior advocate Immaneni Ramarao has complained with the Telangana Lokayukta against Malkajgiri MLA and Congress candidate Mynampally Hanumantha Rao, Mynampally Vani and Mynampally Rohit alleging that Hanumantha Rao has abused his power and engaged in corrupt practices, amassing crores of rupees illegally.
According to the senior advocate, Hanumantha Rao had gifted foreign cars worth crores of rupees, Arabian horses, and other expensive luxuries to his family. He stated that the 2017 election affidavit filed by Hanumantha Rao declared his assets to be worth three-and-a-half crores while his wife Vani's assets to be around fifty lakhs and alleged that they had infact amassed crores.
Stating that Rohit graduated as a doctor in 2020 without any professional practice, Ramarao alleged that Rohit purchased eighteen foreign cars, valued at approximately Rs 20 crore and owned Arabian horses, foreign pet dogs, private planes and luxury goods worth crores.
Rama Rao requested the Lokayukta to initiate an investigation into the properties belonging to the Mynampally and his family who hold public positions.
