HYDERABAD: Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) welcomed the Airbus Beluga, famously known as the "Whale of the Sky," at 12:17 a.m. The aircraft made an impressive appearance as it touched down in Hyderabad for refuelling and crew rest.
The Airbus A300-608ST Beluga, a unique and oversized cargo aircraft, arrived from Muscat International Airport. It is scheduled to depart for Thailand at 3:00 p.m. This marks the third time the Beluga has landed in Hyderabad, following its previous visits in December 2022 and August 2023. The repeated visits underscore the strategic significance of RGIA within the global aviation network.
