HYDERABAD: BRS official spokesperson and senior leader Dasoju Sravan criticised Union Minister Amit Shah for failing to understand the socio-political fabric of Telangana, after the latter’s rubble rousing speech at a public meeting in Khammam named "Rytu Gosa-BJP Bharosa'.
In a statement immediately after the speech on Sunday, Sravan observed:" Amit Shah Ji had delivered a hallow speech at Khammam and yet again failed to convince the people of Telangana, but for their contradictions, lies and utter lies."
He pointed out that the BJP in Telangana lost 118 against 119 assembly seats it contested and that too lost deposits in more than 100 segments in the 2018 Assembly elections. “Now they are all set to lose their deposits in all 119 assembly segments with their communal and hatred rhetoric with no concrete narrative of development done and future vision for empowering people,” Prof Dasoju Sravana said.
