BJYM, NSUI storm TSPSC office in Nampally over paper-leak issue

HYDERABAD: The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) and the National Students' Union of India(NSUI), Telangana attempted siege of Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) office on Tuesday in protest over the alleged question paper leak controversy.
During the protest, BJYM and TNSUI leaders vandalised the TSPSC board and attempted to enter the office by jumping from the front gate. Meanwhile, Hyderabad police rushed on the scene and detained them.

The commission postponed the Town Planning Building Overseer Exam scheduled for March 12 and the Veterinary Assistant Surgeon Exam scheduled for March 15 and 16 to the next indicated date owing to suspected hacking after paper leak.
The Begum Bazaar police arrested 10 people on Sunday for their suspected role in the leak of the question paper for the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) exam for Town Planning Building Overseer, which was slated for March 12, 2023. The arrested included. The arrested persons included two employees of TSPSC and a police constable for the leakage of question papers.
TPCC strongly condemned the paper leak incident
TSPSC has entirely failed to perform its duty, according to TPCC Spokesperson Mohammad Riaz on Tuesday. He said that while 40 thousand jobs have been publicized, not a single appointment was made till date.
Both MPs and the Public Service Commission were involved in the TSPSC paper leak, but an employee was found guilty while the actual perpetrators were spared.
He claimed that they are playing with the lives of the state's 20 lakh students. Dr B Janardhan Reddy should be suspended, and the sitting judge should investigate the matter.
TSPSC question papers have also been leaked in the past, according to TPCC President Revanth Reddy. He said that there are very big names involved in the paper leak incident. TSPSC is also understaffed, he says.
