HYDERABAD: BRS leader Manne Krishank has accused Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy of using his official US trip to promote his brother's business interests.

Speaking to the media at Telangana Bhavan, Krishank alleged that "Swachh Bio", a company claiming to invest Rs 1,000 crore in Telangana, is owned by Revanth Reddy's brother. He further argued that the company had registered just 15 days prior, signed an MoU with a software employee named Harsha Pasunuri, and presented itself as a front to create a facade of legitimacy for the investment claims.

Krishank questioned the presence of a 30-member delegation accompanying the Chief Minister, including the state's Chief Secretary, officials from finance, industries, and IT departments, MLAs, and district officials. He pointed out that even individuals previously accused alongside Revanth Reddy in the "Vote for Note" case were part of the delegation.

The BRS leader questioned the Chief Minister about explaining the purpose of the trip and the large delegation. He accused the Chief Minister of prioritising his family's business interests over the state's development and misleading the public with claims of attracting investments and creating employment opportunities.
