HYDERABAD: The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) moved a no-confidence motion against the Narendra Modi-led Central government over the Manipur issue in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday.
BRS MP Nama Nageshwar Rao moved the no-confidence motion under Rule 198 (b) of Chapter XVII of the Rule of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha. AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi also signed the motion moved by the BRS.
On the other hand, Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi also moved the no-confidence motion against the Union Government on behalf of the Opposition alliance I N.D I.A.
