BRS to hold massive public meeting in Vizag
He said that the meeting would be attended by Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and that the date would be revealed soon
HYDERABAD: President of Bharat Rashtra Samithi's Andhra Pradesh unit Thota Chandrasekhar on Wednesday said that a massive BRS public meeting would be conducted in Visakhapatnam. He said that the meeting would be attended by BRS Chief and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and that the date would be revealed soon.
Thota Chandrasekhar also said that the allegations made by Telangana BJP MLA Raghunandan Rao were completely false and that he was only diverting the public's attention from the BRS public meeting at Khammam.
Rahunandan Rao had said that land worth Rs 4,000 crore was given to Thota Chandrasekhar by the Chief Minister to join the BRS. After denying this he said that if Raghunandan Rao proved his statement right, he would give 90 percent of the land to the BJP MLA.
Stating that the BRS was formed to extend the Telangana model of development across the country, he said that KCR would play a crucial role in national politics and bring a farmer-centric and people-friendly government at the Centre.
