ECI posts 4 new collectors, 3 senior IAS officers replacing transferred bureaucrats in Telangana
The new collectors include Ashish Sangwan for Nirmal, Bharati Holikeri for Rangareddy, Zendage Hanumanth Kondiba for Yadadri Bhongir and Gautam Potru for Medchal-Malkajgiri.

HYDERABAD: The Election Commission of India (ECI) has appointed four new collectors, including three senior IAS officers across districts in Telangana replacing the transferred officers.
The others transfered bureaucrats include
1. Sunil Sharma, IAS(1990), Special Chief Secretary to Government, Energy Department is transferred and posted as Special Chief Secretary to Government, Excise, Commercial Taxes.
2. Dr. Jyoti Buddha Prakash, IAS(2002), Secretary to Government (Handlooms, Textiles & Handicrafts), Industries & Commerce Department is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Prohibition & Excise.
3. Dr. Christina Z.Chongthu, IAS(2001), Secretary to Government & Commissioner, Tribal Welfare Department is transferred and posted as Commissioner, Commercial Taxes.
