HYDERABAD: Former Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Nalini has called on Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy at Dr BR Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat here on Saturday.
It may be recalled that the Chief Minister, in his review meeting with police officials, raised the question of whether there were any obstacles in reinstating Nalini in her former position and acknowledged that Nalini had made sacrifices for the betterment of Telangana.
Revanth Reddy said that if Nalini could not be reappointed as a DSP or else she should be considered for another job at the same level. He also asked the officials to allow Nalini to meet him if necessary. Nalini met Chief Minister Revanth Reddy at the Secretariat.
“I am happy to meet the Chief Minister and I don’t need any job right now. I have decided to follow a spiritual path and sought support from the State Government for vedic centres,” Nalini said and added that she would soon bring out books on spirituality.
