SIDDIPET: Four girls from Siddipet, all from the same family, have successfully secured MBBS seats in government medical colleges. The parents, Konk Ramachandram and Sharada, expressed pride in their daughters' achievements.

Their eldest daughter, Mamatha, secured an MBBS seat in 2018 and has since completed her studies, now working as a doctor. Their second daughter, Madhavi, was admitted to the MBBS program in 2020 and is currently pursuing her degree.

This year, their younger daughters, Rohini and Roshini, also secured MBBS seats. Ramachandram attributed this success to the establishment of a district medical college, which enabled them to study locally.

The couple met former minister T Harish Rao, expressing their gratitude for the medical college set up in their district under the leadership of former Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao. They remarked that the formation of Telangana made this possible, allowing local students to pursue medical education without having to go elsewhere.

Harish Rao congratulated the four daughters, praising their achievements and acknowledging the pride they brought to their family. He noted that fulfilling the dreams of their parents through hard work and dedication was a moment of great pride.
