Gadwal BRS MLA Krishna Mohan Reddy joins Congress

HYDERABAD: BRS MLA from Gadwal Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy joined the Congress party on Saturday.

Krishna Mohan Reddy joined the Congress party in the presence of Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy and AICC Telangana In-charge Deepadas Munshi at CM's residence in Jubilee Hills.

Krishna Mohan Reddy is the seventh BRS MLA to defect to the Congress party. Earlier, BRS MLAs Danam Nagender, Kadiam Srihari, Tellam Venkat Rao, Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, Sanjay Kumar, and Kale Yadaiah had defected to Congress. Six MLCs, T Bhanu Prasad Rao, Baswaraj Saraiah, Dande Vittal, M S Prabhakar, Yegge Mallesham, and Boggarapu Dayanand, quit the BRS to join Congress on Thursday night. BRS Secretary General K Keshava Rao also joined the Congress party this week and resigned from the Rajya Sabha member post.
