Internal discord surfaces again in Jangaon Congress

JANGAON: Internal differences within the Congress party surfaced once again, as District Congress Committee (DCC) president Pommuri Prathap Reddy faced protests from his own party leaders during a Telangana Praja Palana celebration held at the Jangaon Collectorate.

During the official event, some Congress leaders expressed objections over the seating arrangements for Prathap Reddy on the stage. They questioned how the DCC president could be seated on the dais, leading to a verbal confrontation between the two factions of the party.

Amid the protests from his party colleagues, Prathap Reddy stepped down from the stage and took a seat among the audience, reflecting the escalating tensions within the party.
