K Keshava Rao appointed as Govt advisor in status of Cabinet Minister

HYDERABAD: Telangana Government has appointed former Rajya Sabha member Dr K Keshava Rao as Advisor to Government (Public Affairs) in the status of Cabinet Minister. Chief Secretary Santhi Kumar issued orders for his appointment on Sunday.

Keshava Rao recently defected to the Congress from the BRS and subsequently tendered resignation as Rajya Sabha MP. His resignation was accepted on Friday.
