NEW DELHI: BRS MLC K Kavitha has said that people like Prajwal Revanna were allowed to escape the country while innocent people like her were incarcerated in jails.

" They have let people like Prajwal Revanna leave the country and arrested people like us. People of the country should note this," she said when she was presented before the Rouse Avenue Court here on Tuesday.

CBI Special Judge Kaveri Baweja has extended her judicial custody till May 14 in the money laundering case. The Enforcement Directorate opposed bail for Kavitha and said that if released she might tamper with evidence and influence the witnesses.
