KCR assures Kaleshwaram water to Patancheru constituency
The Chief Minister, who was on his way to Medak by road, stopped at Gummadidala in Patancheru constituency and briefly addressed the cadre and the local people who were waiting for the Chief Minister’s convoy to arrive
GUMMADIDALA: Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) assured the people of the Patancheru constituency of Sangareddy district that water from the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Project (KLIP) would soon reach the industrial segment solving the decades-long drinking water problem.
The Chief Minister, who was on his way to Medak by road, stopped at Gummadidala in Patancheru constituency and briefly addressed the cadre and the local people who were waiting for the Chief Minister’s convoy to arrive. MLA Gudem Mahipal Reddy was also waiting to welcome him to Medak District.
“I know the problems of this region. We are bringing Kaleshwaram water for you. The canal network is getting ready to bring water,” he declared. He urged people to vote for the BRS MLA to strengthen his hands so that many more good works could be undertaken for the region.
The Telangana Government under Link-IV of KLIP completed the construction of the Komuravelli Mallannasagar reservoir and the work to link it with the Singur reservoir near Sangareddy was going on swiftly.
