SIDDIPET: Chief Minister and BRS president K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) and his wife Sobha cast their votes at polling booth number 13 in Chintamadaka in the Siddipet Assembly constituency on Thursday. Chintamadaka is the native village of KCR. State Finance Minister T Harish Rao accompanied the KCR couple to the polling station.
Earlier, State Finance Minister T Harish Rao and his family members cast their votes at the Ambitus school model polling booth 114 in Siddipet. Later, speaking to media outside the booth, observed that the polling had been positive all across the State. He urged the people to think twice before casting their votes.
“Voters particularly from the urban areas, must come forward and vote,” Harish Rao said. Refusing to comment on the ongoing Nagarjuna Sagar water issue between Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, he said that he would make a comment at an appropriate time.
