KCR foresees ‘Crocodile festival’ for Revanth, 20 MLAs ready to jump, Kavitha’s arrest Modi’s revenge
For the first time, KCR observed his daughter and MLC K Kavitha’s arrest in the Delhi liquor policy scam case here on Thursday at the BRS extended meeting in Telangana Bhavan
HYDERABAD: For the first time former Chief Minister and BRS chief K Chandrashekar Rao observed his daughter and MLC K Kavitha’s arrest in the Delhi liquor policy scam case here on Thursday at the BRS extended meeting in Telangana Bhavan.
“Kavitha’s arrest is a revenge by Narendra Modi for the arrest of BL Santosh for trying to split the BRS MLAs. Modi won't stop poaching Congress MLAs. He tried when we had a strength of 111 MLAs, will he leave Revanth alone with only 64 MLAs,” KCR said.
Calling Modi a dangerous man, KCR foresaw tough days (Mosalla Pandaga) ahead for Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, KCR said that the Chief Minister might not jump into the BJP fold right away but as many as 20 Congress MLAs were willing to shift their loyalty to the BRS.
“I said no, but at least 20 MLAs are ready to jump from the Congress. All those who left the BRS for the Congress are now regretting for joining that party. A key Congress leader already consulted me on this issue,’ KCR pointed out.
“The power-hungry turncoats who left us for the Congress have realised that it was the BJP that ruled that party under Revanth Reddy. One of the key leaders said that he is ready to bring 20 MLAs along with him into BRS but I asked him to wait,” KCR said.
He reasoned that many of the Congress MLAs might not be ready to embrace the saffron party even if Revanth Reddy made the first move.
