HYDERABAD: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president KT Rama Rao (KTR)met party social media convener Manne Krishank at Chanchalguda Jail on Wednesday. Krishank was arrested for allegedly posting a forged circular purportedly issued by the Osmania University chief warden.

Later speaking to the media, KTR said that Manne Krishank was arrested in a frivolous case by the Congress Government. “The man who forged the OU chief warden’s circular is sitting in the Chief Minister’s seat. The man who exposed the misdeed was incarcerated,” KTR pointed out.

KTR said experts must be entrusted with the job of finding out the forged document. He added that if the Government could prove that the circular Krishank unearthed and published was fake, then as BRS working president he would go to jail.

“If it is proven that the circular Revanth Reddy posted was forged, is he ready to go to jail?” KTR said. He warned the Government that this kind of act could not deter the BRS and Revanth Reddy would be paid in the same coin.

KTR said that Krishank was confident and strong when he met him in the Jail. “His wife also came, she is also confident. The Government that falsely implicated Krishank in a crime that he did not commit must apologise and release him immediately,” KTR said.
