NIZAMABAD: Marking a significant milestone in the region's technological development by opening doors to a host of new opportunities, IT Minister KT Rama Rao, will inaugurate Nizamabad IT Hub on Wednesday.
The Nizamabad IT Hub already garnered considerable attention from various companies. In all, 15 companies signed up to establish their presence in the hub and recruited their employees to begin their operations, said Mahesh Bigala, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Global NRI Coordinator.
“The enthusiastic response from both IT companies and the local community reflects the anticipation and enthusiasm surrounding the IT Hub in Nizamabad,” he said.
It was expected that the vibrant and dynamic ecosystem of the IT Hub would help attract investments, generate employment, and create a flourishing IT industry in Nizamabad.
As a precursor to the inauguration, the Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) organised a job fair on July 21, 2023. The fair provided a platform for aspiring individuals, including unemployed youth and final-year students, to explore the numerous job opportunities emerging in the IT sector.
To oversee the developments of the IT Hub and various other projects in Nizamabad town, MLC Kavitha Kalvakuntla, Nizamabad Urban MLA Ganesh Bigala, and Nizamabad Rural MLA Baji Reddy Govardhan visited the IT Hub.
The IT Hub's establishment aligned with the State Government's vision of fostering a thriving technology ecosystem across the State, particularly in tier-two cities such as Nizamabad. The integration of technology and employment opportunities would pave way for digital transformation and contribute to the overall socio-economic development of Nizamabad.
