KTR warns of Congress deception as BRS confidently gears up for Lok Sabha battle
He accused the Congress government of attempting to shift blame to the BRS and the previous KCR government, calling on the party to stand firm against such tactics
WARANGAL: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) K.T. Rama Rao on Wednesday expressed confidence in their victory in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls and urged party cadres to intensify efforts in strengthening the organization at the grassroots level.
At the preparatory meeting for the Warangal Parliament Lok Sabha Constituency held at Telangana Bhavan, KTR acknowledged the recent Assembly election results. He urged party members to redirect their focus to the upcoming parliamentary polls, saying, "Let's put the Assembly results aside and channel our energies towards winning more Lok Sabha seats."
Emphasizing the party's commitment to Telangana's development under KCR's leadership, KTR highlighted KCR's decade-long tireless efforts, which positioned Telangana on the path of development after years of devastation. Stressing that 99 percent of their time was dedicated to governance and development, KTR underscored their commitment to quick and sustainable progress.
"We have given less time to the party by concentrating fully on the administration. We will hold these party meetings from time to time and move forward towards strengthening the party," said K T Rama Rao.

KTR warned party leaders about the unfolding 'Congress deception' and emphasized the need to educate the public about the 420 guarantees made by the Congress party. He accused the Congress government of attempting to shift blame to the BRS and the previous KCR government, calling on the party to stand firm against such tactics.
He urged party activists to listen to the voices of the people, particularly the poor, who were already expressing dissatisfaction with the new Congress government. He cited the reversal of several BRS government's welfare schemes by the present Congress as a prime example of their ill political motives. He said that, "The Congress party, which wanted to deceive the people, has not even started its efforts to implement their election promises."
KTR criticized centre's policies for negatively impacting the poor and stressed the importance of raising these concerns among the people. Expressing confidence that the people would see through the Congress's tactics, KTR concluded with optimism, predicting a strong mandate for the BRS in the Parliament elections.
