MLA Rohit Reddy questions BJP over ED notices

HYDERABAD: Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLA Pilot Rohit Reddy challenged the BJP state president Bandi Sanjay to come up with evidences of his involvement in the drug case. The ED had served notices to the MLA and actress Rakul Preet on Friday in connection with the Bengaluru drug case.

"I will give you 24 hours' time to come up with proofs against me in the drug case," he said. The MLA had visited the Charminar Bhgyalakshmi Temple on Saturday and offered special prayers.

The MLA said that he had nothing to do with the Bangalore drug case. "Enforcement Directorate (ED) had served me with a notice on Monday, asking me to come to the ED office solely for my biodata," he said. How did the BJP know about the ED notice in advance, questioned the MLA.

Rohit Reddy is said to meet Chief Minister KCR later in the day reportedly to discuss the ED notices.
