MLC Kavitha funds Nizamabad MBBS student's education expenses

NIZAMABAD: TRS MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha, known for her generosity just like her brother and IT Minister KTR, has extended financial assistance to a student named Harika from Nandev Guda of Nizamabad district to pursue her MBBS. The student has secured a good rank after studying with the help of material only on YouTube.
According to details, MLC Kalvakuntla Kavitha came to know about her plight through social media. The girl student, despite securing an MBBS seat, could not enroll in any medical college due to lack of financial assistance. Responding immediately, Kavitha, during her visit to Nizamabad, visited Harika's house and assured her tht she would bear the cost of course. The TRS MLC also handed over the cheque towards the fee for the first year.
Speaking on this occasion, Kavitha said that nothing would clip the wings of anyone's desire to study and Harika's case had proven that poverty could never be a hindrance when it came to pursuing education. Kavitha called upon all the students to take inspiration from Harika and wished the latter to study well and excel in future to serve the society as a doctor.
Overwhelmed by the gesture, Harika, along with her family members, expressed her gratitude to Kavitha for funding her studies. She even became emotional while receiving the cheque from the MLC. Harika said that she would work hard in her studies and come out with flying colours to help society, as called upon by Kavitha.
