HYDERABAD: BRS MLC K Kavitha returned to the social media platform 'X' (formerly Twitter) after a 160-day hiatus with a powerful message, tweeting "Satyameva Jayate" shortly after her release on bail.
This marked her first tweet since March, symbolising her belief in the triumph of truth. The tweet included a photo of Kavitha alongside her husband Anil and brother KTR, as they greeted supporters upon her return to Hyderabad.
Kavitha's social media return followed her release from jail on Tuesday night after being granted bail by the Supreme Court in the Delhi liquor scam case. She arrived in Hyderabad on Wednesday night, stepping onto Telangana soil for the first time in five months.
Her previous tweet, dated March 14, featured a paper clip of the Yadadri temple with the caption, "God commanded... KCR built!!" Soon after, Kavitha was arrested and remained in jail until her recent release. Her return to Twitter has been met with significant attention, as supporters and the public closely follow her updates.
