Muslim man wins Laddu auction at Vinayaka Chavithi

ASIFABAD: In a gesture promoting communal harmony, a Muslim man, Afzal, won the auction of the Vinayaka Chavithi laddu in Bhattpalli village, Komaram Bheem Asifabad district.

Afzal successfully bid Rs 13,216 for the laddu, traditionally auctioned during the festival celebrations.

This act symbolised the unity between communities and reinforced the spirit of religious tolerance and brotherhood that the Vinayaka Chavithi festival is known for. The local community appreciated Afzal's participation, seeing it as a reflection of the harmony shared among the people of the region.
