ERRAVELLI: BRS President and former Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao assured party members that there was no need to worry about leaders leaving the party.

Speaking during a meeting with party workers from the Koratla and Jagtial constituencies on Friday, KCR emphasised the strength and unity of the BRS party.

KCR highlighted the BRS's historical achievement in achieving statehood for Telangana and reiterated the party's commitment to the state's progress. "If one leader leaves, we will train ten more," he said, stressing that the party remains resilient and capable of producing new leaders.

He criticised those who left the party, calling them "thieves", and assured that their departure would not affect the party's mission. "Only BRS, which led the movement and achieved the state, has the ability to understand the soul of Telangana and grasp the depth of its problems," KCR stated.

He acknowledged that the BRS has worked tirelessly for the past decade to achieve the aspirations of the Telangana movement, improving basic systems such as agriculture, irrigation, and electricity and strengthening the village economy. Stating that false propaganda by the Congress party influenced some voters in the last Assembly elections, KCR encouraged party members to remain focused and dedicated.

The meeting was attended by several prominent leaders including former ministers and MLAs K Taraka Rama Rao, Prashant Reddy, Koratla MLA Dr Sanjay Kumar, Huzurabad MLA Kaushik Reddy, Balka Suman, Jeevan Reddy, J Surender, Gampa Govardhan, Hanumanth Shinde, L Ramana, Jagtial ZP Chairman Vasantha Suresh, and Peddapelli BRS leader Usha.

Earlier, KCR held a special meeting with leaders from the joint Nizamabad district, including former ministers Prashant Reddy, Jeevan Reddy, Gampa Govardhan, J Surender, and Hanumanth Shinde, to discuss strategies for strengthening the party. He reiterated the BRS's unique ability to understand and address the needs of Telangana, urging members to work towards the welfare of the state's people.
