Pawan Kalyan launches Varahi at Kondagattu temple in Telangana

JAGTIAL: Jana Sena President Pawan Kalyan on Tuesday offered prayers at the famous Anjaneya Swamy temple in Kondagattu of Jagtial district before taking part in a special puja performed by the temple priests to his campaign chariot ‘Varahi.’ The priests blessed the actor amid chanting of vedic hymns even as the actor-turned-politician formally launched his much-publicised vehicle.
According to reports, the Jana Sena chief later held a meeting with key leaders of his party from Telangana at a resort near Nachupally. The actor was also scheduled to visit Dharmapuri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple to perform a special puja before embarking on Anushtup Narasimha yatra. As part of the yatra, Pawan Kalyan will visit 31 Narasimha Kshetras.
Fans and Jana Sena supporters flocked to the temple in large numbers to meet their leader. Pawan Kalyan, after the rituals at the temple, greeted his fans from an open-top vehicle. The actor waved to his fans as they showered him with flower petals. Earlier in the day, the Jana Sena chief was also accorded a Gaja Mala welcome enroute to Kondagattu.
