Police surround four Maoists in a hideout in Mancherial

MANCHERIAL: The Special Intelligence Branch of Telangana Police on Saturday surrounded four Maoists who were hiding in a house near Indaram village in the Mancherial district.
According to the police, four Maoists have been moving around the Mancherial district for the past six months. Upon receiving information about the presence of these Maoists, the intelligence agencies surrounded the house of an ex-Maoist near Indaram overbridge on Saturday.
However, it was unclear whether these four Maoists possessed any weapons. Meanwhile, the local police forces were also on their way to the hideout to assist in the operation.
Given that the four Maoists had not yet surrendered, there was a possibility and a chance of a confrontation and exchange of fire. It was believed that these Maoists had come to the area to demonstrate their existence in light of the People's Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA) celebrations.
The current status and background of these four Maoists, who had managed to establish a base in the area, are yet to be determined.
