Ponnala meets KCR in Pragathi Bhavan

HYDERABAD: Former Minister and senior politician Ponnala Lakshmaiah on Sunday met Chief Minister and BRS Chief K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) at Pragathi Bhavan.

He was invited by BRS Working President KT Rama Rao to the party fold and to meet KCR on Sunday. Ponnala quit the Congress, deeply hurt by the humiliating remarks of TPCC president A Revanth Reddy.

The BRS Chief cordially welcomed the Ponnala couple and both the leaders spent time talking about the present political situation in the State. BRS Parliamentary Party leader K Kesava Rao, MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy and senior leader Dr Dasoju Sravan were also present.

It was reported that Ponnala will be joining the BRS during a public meeting to be addressed by KCR in Janagaon on Monday.
