Revanth Reddy promises to fill 30,000 jobs in next 90 days
Chief Minister Revanth Reddy congratulated newly recruited firemen and announced plans to fill 30,000 jobs in the next 90 days.
HYDERABAD: Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy announced that another 30,000 jobs would be filled in the next 90 days. He added that the Congress government had already filled 60,000 jobs within one year of coming to power.
He was speaking after participating in the passing out parade of the fourth batch of directly recruited firemen on Friday.
The Chief Minister assured that the recruitment process in all departments would continue regularly. He said unemployed youth hoped to secure jobs today under the new government.
In his speech, Revanth Reddy extended his best wishes to the newly recruited firemen for completing their training. He noted their parents must be delighted to see them as trained firemen.
He criticised the previous BRS government for not fulfilling the aspirations of the youth who actively participated in the Telangana movement. He highlighted that the Congress government issued job notifications and distributed appointment letters to the unemployed.
The Chief Minister appreciated the new recruits' willingness to serve society. He assured that his government would function in alignment with the people's thoughts. As part of this commitment, the highest budget allocations have been made to education and agriculture.
Revanth Reddy emphasised that the education, medical, and health sectors are prioritised in the budget. He mentioned that government employees are now receiving their salaries on the first day of every month, which has instilled confidence among them.
He advised all unemployed youth to represent their problems to MLAs and Ministers and assured them he would be available to address everyone's grievances.
