Revanth Reddy takes credit for filling police constable jobs finalised during BRS tenure
As many as 15,700 constable posts were already processed when the BRS Government was in power. Of this, 13,444 constable appointments were handed over on Wednesday.
HYDERABAD: Chief Minister Revanth Reddy criticised the BRS Government and pointed out that even though notifications for job appointments were issued in April 2022, positions remained vacant for nearly two years.
Participating in a function for distributing appointment letters to 13,444 new police constables on Wednesday, Revanth emphasised that his Government was committed to tackle public concerns and creating job opportunities.

Revanth said that the Congress Government was actively trying to address issues within the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC). He accused the previous BRS Government of causing great injustice to the youth regarding job opportunities.

The Chief Minister expressed his intention to generate two lakh new jobs in the future and stated that if his people approved, the party would remain in power for 10 more years.
Revanth criticised former Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) for avoiding Assembly debates and instead chose to address a meeting in Nalgonda. He then accused KCR of nepotism, alleging the appointment of relatives to Government positions.
