NEW DELHI: The Rouse Avenue Court here on Monday extended judicial custody of BRS MLC K Kavitha till July 3 in the Delhi Excise Policy scam case investigated by the Enforcement Directorate.
She was produced before the Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi at the end of her judicial custody period. Other accused Damodar Sharma, Prince Kumar, and Arvind Singh were also produced before the case on Monday along with Kavitha.
